OK have NO idea about the quote (you know I'm heading to google right now eh?), and the first two pics are too small for me to see.

But the THIRD....

That one is from Adventures in Babysitting - the guys name is Mr. Dawson, but is mistaken by Sarah for THOR. Pretty cool scene. (psst - I just heard that they're doing a remake of it)
